Please review the checklist below prior to completing the submission form.

You are required to read, understand and agree to the following documents before proceeding. Click on the links to the right of this page to read the following:
Checklist:
  • Ensure that your eBook has been proofread/edited and converted to PDF prior to submission.  For editing and conversion referrals, return to the eBook Submission Form and click on the referral link.
  • Commission pay-outs are deposited directly into your PayPal account. If you don’t already have a PayPal account, visit www.paypal.com to sign up.
  • If you are promoting your business, have a brief summary prepared.
  • Prepare an Author biography.
  • If you are submitting a photo of yourself, ensure it’s in the following format .jpg. File size should not exceed 100 KB.
  • Prepare a brief summary of your eBook.
  • Prepare a sample (1 to 5 Pages in PDF format) of your eBook to help us promote it. 
  • Compile your testimonials, if any, in .pdf format.
  • Ensure that the file size of your eBook does not exceed 1.5 MB.
  • If you are submitting a graphic for your eBook cover – please do so in .jpg format. File size should not exceed 100 KB.
  • Once the file is converted to PDF and before you secure the file, ensure that the file Properties are set correctly: while in Acrobat, click File/Properties/Description Tab. Ensure that the Title, Author, Subject and Keywords are all filled in correctly. Click OK to save changes.
  • If you submit electronic files labelled in a manner that does not reflect the content, please be advised that we may change the file name for marketing purposes (the title of your eBook will not be changed).
Now, you’re ready to submit your eBook!
 
Please note that once you click on Submit, it may take several minutes to upload your files.  Thank you for your patience. If you click on Reset Form all of the information that you entered will be cleared.
